We recommend starting as early as 14 weeks to establish positive associations and set the foundation for a lifetime of happy, stress-free grooming experiences. Each session is tailored to your puppy's tolerance, with the aim of keeping the experience calm and reassuring while gradually introducing bathing, brushing, nail care, and light trimming. Follow up visits are recommended 1-4 weekly until your pup is ready for a full grooming routine.

Our Shed-less Deshedding Treatment is a premium grooming experience designed to reduce loose hair and restore your dog's coat to its healthiest, most vibrant state. The service begins with a de-shedding shampoo and deep conditioning treatment to loosen the undercoat, followed by high- velocity blow drying and the use of specialised tools to rake out remaining loose hair. The treatment is finished with light trimming for a neat, polished look. To minimise shedding around your home, it is recommended to schedule treatments every 21-28 days, which aligns with the typical coat cycle of Nordic and medium coated breeds such as Retrievers, though intervals of up to 6-8 weekly are possible depending on coat condition.

When just a "Tidy Up" will do. The Maintenance Trim is a perfect in-between service for when your dog just needs a refresh between full grooms. It helps keep their signature style neat, manageable and knot free and ensures hygiene areas are clean and comfortable.
